The subclass 600 visitor visa lets you visit Australia for tourism, visiting family or friends, or business visitor activities, usually for up to 3, 6, or 12 months as decided by the Department of Home Affairs. Most applicants apply online through ImmiAccount in the Tourist or Business Visitor stream.
